The Gupta family entered this trade in 1970, when Late Sri. Manohar Lal Gupta set up a distillation unit for producing Indian Sandalwood Oil (Santalum Album) in Wayanad, Kerala. In the last 40 years, we have grown and expanded our product expertise to include Sandalwood Oils of various origins like Tanzania, Uganda, Australia, New Caledonia, Indonesia, etc, and of course, other Asian and Australian essential oils.

Today, Vibhu Essential Oils is owned and operated by Surendra Mohan Gupta, son of M.L. Gupta, who has been in the business for 35 years and is an expert on all aspects of the Sandalwood industry globally. The company has grown drastically, and we now have offices and presence in Delhi, Bangalore, Singapore, Dubai and Sri Lanka.
